How to Use:

• Empty one vial into the included muslin bag
• Pull the drawstring closed and place the bag into a basin filled with comfortably warm water
• After a few minutes, gently squeeze the muslin bag to help release the mineral salts and essential oils
• Immerse your feet and soak for 15–20 minutes
• When finished, compost the contents responsibly according to your local waste guidelines. Rinse the muslin bag, and allow it to dry for reuse
• Finish your ritual with your favourite moisturizer
