Siya Wellness began with a simple question: when do we get a moment for ourselves? In the middle of busy days, responsibilities, and everything that asks for our attention, finding time to slow down can feel almost impossible.

In Sanskrit, “Siya” (सीया) means divine (दिव्य). The journey began in the founder's kitchen, experimenting with the beautiful gifts of Mother Earth and exploring simple, natural ways to create those moments of calm. Through careful research and testing in Ottawa, that idea grew into Siya Wellness: thoughtfully crafted wellness rituals designed to bring comfort, intention, and a little more calm into everyday life.
