We're so excited for you to receive your natural goodies from Siya Wellness! Our small team works hard to prepare your order, so please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your package lovingly. We don't ship on weekends or holidays (we believe in rest!), but if there's ever a hiccup causing a significant delay, we promise to contact you personally via email.

We offer various shipping options from different service providers, allowing you to choose the best fit for your needs during checkout. You'll be able to see the available carriers and their rates before you finalize your order. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please remember that sometimes shipping can take its own sweet time, especially during busier periods. Yay! Your Order's on Its Way (and Here's How to Track It)

Once your package has left our Ottawa-based studio, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for your selected service provider. It might take up to 24 hours for the tracking to show updates, so don't worry if it's not immediate.
