Our "We Want You to Love Your Goodies" Return & Exchange Promise!

At Siya Wellness, your happiness is our top priority! Because our natural wellness products are crafted with care and for hygiene reasons, we accept returns only for unopened items in their original packaging.

If you're not completely satisfied, please get in touch with us at care@siyawellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your request and do our best to ensure you have a great experience with us.

Please ensure your item(s) meet the following requirements:

  • Still snug in their original home: Products must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Keeping the gang together: If purchased as a bundle, all items must be returned together

Bringing Items Back Home (Return Shipping)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure your items are securely packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged during return transit.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Happy Endings: Store Credit & Refunds

Once your items arrive back at our Ottawa studio and are inspected:

  • We may offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Oops! Something Went Wrong (Damaged Items)

We pack your orders with care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@siyawellness.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)

We’ll review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund (including shipping where applicable).


A Few Things We Can't Take Back

  • Products that are opened or used
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Custom-made items
  • Sale items

Where's My Package?

If your tracking shows delivered but your package hasn’t arrived:

  • Please allow 2–3 business days
  • Double-check your shipping address
  • Contact us at care@siyawellness.com — we’ll do our best to help
